Responsibilities Set and achieve short and long term goal for growth & profitability for your city Take complete ownership of city s P&L and managing jointly with central operations & marketing teams Build and work a team to grow partners and users for your city Plan and execute new products and features to unlock use cases for dunzo users and partners Take ownership of city specific and local regulatory requirements Identify and communicate product/process requirements to internal teams across engineering, product and central business teams Manage growth and performance of individuals in the city team Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of work experience, preferably with experience in P&L management Data-driven decision making and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset Strategic thinking and sound-business judgment Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through solid project-management and communication
