The Role :

Program Manager, CEO s Office This will be a team of select individuals working with the Chief of Staff and the CEO to add velocity and vision to Dunzo s future. Objectives of this Role Strategize, implement, and maintain high impact program initiatives that forward the organizational goals Develop metrics, structures and prototypes which can be used to drive business decisions. Manage internal and external stakeholders Program manage multiple projects & programs, ensuring program goals are met Ensure cross-functional operational velocity, without compromise on quality. Call out risks early and problem-solve to reduce & remove the same. Produce program reports for management and stakeholders. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Skills and Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in an analytical field like business administration Should enjoy diving into data and deriving insights. Excellent proficiency in G-Suite data modelling. Proven track record as a program manager. Thrive in ambiguity and proficient in managing multiple priorities. Experience

- 2 to 4 years. Experience with User Research and Market Research will be an added advantage. Exposure to the business side (marketing, business development, category management, operations strategy) Exposure to the tech and product side - working knowledge of product life cycle & interactions with engineering and design. From a high growth consumer tech or fast paced saas product company Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. Working knowledge of data extraction using querying languages like SQL, R would be a plus.
