Job Summary

Responsibilities: Timely updation/creation of all content communicated to the floor Review work done by content developers and attest the same Create and communicate- Soft skill, Call flow, Business etiquette modules to employees Interact with stakeholders to identify process gaps. Bridge gap between External(outside comm ops) communication and employees. Train a minimum of 10 hours/week. Track training progress by creating line assessments Absorb and adopt new training techniques. Train the Trainers. Create Trainers tracking Database. Provide/accept feedback for training and development. Skills and Qualification: Strong Interpersonal, Intrapersonal skills Excellent communication skills People management skills Strong Decision-making skills High empathy levels
