Job Summary

About the role: An HPS Operator is someone who is able to understand and implement the entire user and partner experience process in their handling of tasks. Being an end to end channel, ownership is key for this role. HPS focuses on delivering the best experience to our most important users. Folks who are motivated to perform at the highest level and be a net positive on the channel performance will be a good fit. The ideal candidate will be willing to go above and beyond to help the users who will have a significant impact on our business. Who we re looking for: Someone who has previous experience(minimum 6 months) in handling priority cases. Willing to go above and beyond to ensure world-class user experience. Complete knowledge of the entire user experience process. This includes User and Partner Pings. Inclination to identify process issues and even tech bugs and escalate it to SME/SM for a long-term resolution. Adaptable to process changes, efficient and reliable.
