Senior Supply Associate Job in Dunzo Digital Private Limited

Responsibilities Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partners. Walk partners through the on boarding process and all the tools they need to be successful on the Dunzo platform. Deliver info sessions to group of new partners to set them ready to drive and to properly use the app. Help existing partner-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment) Help brand the Dunzo name and get partners excited to be on the road. Stay on top of new Dunzo policies, procedures, and programs that affect partners. Contribute with valuable insights from the business to improve the partner experience through the Operations Team.
