Responsibilities:
Own the strategy and execution behind the supply design from optimizing economics in the existing cities to launching & scaling new cities Work with product, engineering and design leads to identify product intervention and features to reduce stockout and improve economics of the fleet Lead and coach teams across City supply operations Central supply operations and strategy team System abuse team Key KPIs Merchant & Partner NPS attributable to delivery fleet Fulfillment Metrics: StockOut, Fulfilment Rate, Order Delivery Time Economics: Cost per Order, Onboarding cost Given part of the core team, all organizational KPIs Qualifications: 10+ years of overall experience 5+ years of operations experience with at least 3+ in people management Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in building and scaling operations from 1 to 100, and working alongside stakeholders like the government and third party agencies E-commerce, Hyperlocal, Supply Chain, Logistics experience - managing a scale of at least 1M orders/ week Good to haves: Prior experience in managing on-demand hyperlocal fleet Knowledge of multiple delivery fleet models would be an added advantage.
