Job description

* Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic programs, in Fulfilment/ warehouse setup. * Controls metric of the function & SOP adherence * Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies & vision. * Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security. * Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. * Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning employees; following up on work results. *Own end to end operations from stock inwarding to outwarding. * Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. * Leading a team of 20-25 manpower. * Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus *Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area * Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team * Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT * Continuous improvement on Kaizen process & managing 5s Standards. Desired Candidate Profile Ready to Relocate to Bangalore Location: soukya road, Bangalore. Warehouse operations / Retail operations experience will be preferred. No work from home option
