Job Summary If you're skilled at sales call auditing, managing process compliance and training sales reps, apply now. Your major responsibilities will be:

  • Reviewing the sales data from CRM Software, reviewing errors, exceptions, investigating & making corrections as necessary to ensure sales revenue and profitability of the organisation
  • Detailed analysis of the company's sales process/strategy, auditing and identifying gaps and opportunities for the sales team to improve on
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure processes are being followed as per the company guidelines and maintaining updated records
  • Checking of figures, postings, and documents for correct entry & calculation accuracy.
  • Sales call audit and identify the gaps
  • Oversee and inspect the sales process of the organization
  • Conducting training, needs analysis for sales staff on key skills such as productivity, relationship management skills, business communication skills, sales skills, conflict management and other key parameters and drawing out key learning goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team and identify issues the employees are facing
Experience Required :
