System Administrator Job in Dxfactor Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be performing Windows and Linux administrative tasks
• Coordinate with the HR, Finance and Delivery teams regarding the procurement of systems for the new joiners
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Update and maintain the Asset Management process on the HRMS tool
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues, our users encounter
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based Computer Operating Systems
• Monitor the systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Defining and adhering to Access Controls, Security Policies
• Understands, documents, and supports the underlying business processes, workflows, data and application platforms that depend on Microsoft services
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models Take care of Real-time problem diagnosis/resolution on live systems
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

Key Skills Required:

• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Min 3 years of experience in a system administrator role
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
