Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities:Address customer's queries from a product perspective. Understand the complex issue reported by the customer, analyze and report it in the reporting system Resolve support issues with a focus on root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. Work closely with team members and support them to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Keep technical skills and product knowledge up to date through self-efforts and internal training. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and product quality. Support and Mentor his junior colleague as an when assigned. Workingwith senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning Travel to the customer site Qualification & Skills:Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Should have 2-4 yrs. of experience in technologies such as CAN, LIN, Rapid Prototyping, Hardware-in-the-Loop, Calibration, Automotive Ethernet, MATLAB /Simulink , Automatic Code Generation Domain knowledge in either one of the below topics Technical knowledge of dSPACE products and technologies. Should Possess Complex problem-solving skills Location: Bangalore
