Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Migrations primarily moving data from other system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
- Create Database assessments before migrations and review with customer
- Troubleshoot software issues as needed
- Assist users in resolving software/system related issues
- Maintain documentation
- Attend weekly team calls
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Passion for technology
- Experience with data migrations and prefer knowledge of SQL
- Must be tech savvy and a quick learner
- Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile
