Responsibilities

• Provide full recruitment life cycle, including but not limited to, sourcing, screening candidates, completing references and negotiating compensation.
• Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, and Internal Database.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Connect with and follow up with candidates constantly via phone and email; Build talent pools.
• Provide a high standard of candidate experience.
• Work successfully under pressure and pressing deadlines.
• Prioritize the key tasks on day to day basis and focus on critical tasks as needed.
• Experience handling high-volume accounts should be able to handle multiple requirements on a given day.
