• Candidate must have strong understanding on standard software development methodology and documentation.
• Candidate must have knowledge on documents related to business analyst.
• Candidate must have understanding on requirement management and Elicitation
• Analytical Skills
• Candidate must have analytical skill and understanding on process management.
• Candidate must be familiar with ERP/CRM Domain.
• Domain Expertise
• Candidate must have strong domain knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
• Team Building/Team Management
• Candidate must manage his module's implementation team as well as communicate changes to the development team.
• PSU/Government Project Experience
• PSU/Government Project Experience will be preferable.
