Sr. Healthcare Sme/solution Consultant Job in E-zest Solutions

We are looking for a Healthcare SME with proven experience in building solutions for healthcare industry, more specifically for US healthcare market with 5 to 10 years with recent 4 years exclusively in healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be part of Healthcare CFE and need to work very closely with Business Analysis and Presales functions to work on opportunities and project requirements
• The candidate is expected to collaborate with other organization functions like sales, marketing and delivery teams providing healthcare SME expertise as needed
• The candidate must be deeply rooted in healthcare domain knowledge and must possess strong problem-solving skills to address customer business problems
• The candidate must have adequate hands on skills to play a role beyond healthcare SME as per organization s needs (e.g. work as a business analyst on specific projects or presales support executive on specific opportunities)

Requirements

• BE Comp Sc. / BE IT / MBA IT / MBA Systems / MCA or at least ten years of experience as BA or presales in IT industry within minimum 5 years in healthcare projects
• Demonstrate experience in requirement elicitation, system analysis and translating business problems to functional specification in healthcare projects
• Thorough skills in front ending with varying client personas ranging from CXOs to product managers for SME level engagement in proposals / projects
• Expertise in creating workflows / process maps / cross functional flowcharts / integration architecture in compliance with healthcare technologies, industry standards and regulatory compliances
• Proven track record in coordinating efficiently between business, technical and management teams
• Knowledge of EHRs, Revenue Cycle Management and Pharmacy Systems
• Strong understanding of EHR certification criteria
• Strong understanding of HL7 messaging and other messaging formats like X12 N
• Knowledge of working with coding standards
• Integration using Mirth or Mulesoft
• Experience with Surescript network
• Experience with FHIR
• Believes in versatility
• Contribute beyond healthcare SME role
• Passionate about healthcare domain and industry specific technology frameworks, and their application to solve business problems
