Developer Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Job in ECS Innovations Lab Pvt Ltd

ECS Innovations Lab Pvt Ltd. is currently adding Microsoft Dynamics NAV / BC Developers to our team in Kochi location. The person in this role will be a key member of the ECS Team, providing functional and development expertise related to the setup, gap/fit analysis, customization analysis, testing, development, upgrade and post-go-live support of the NAV / BC ERP System.

Our Microsoft Dynamics NAV / BC Developers are specifically accountable for:

Configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV / BC software and components in all functional areas

Testing functionality developed by the Upgrade team against business requirements

Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support

Design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Migrating reports from older version to new version of NAV / BC

Testing and comparing new reports to the old version of NAV to ensure proper formatting and functioning

Creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based Solutions.

Upgrading the legacy Code related to Reports

Gaining understanding of clients needs and collaborating with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.

Providing technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed.

We are seeking candidates with the following requirements:

1 or more years of experience as a software developer specifically working with the Dynamics NAV C/SIDE C/AL development language. Additional experience with the AL language is a plus

Experience with NAV 2016 and above required, specifically with using events to perform modifications. Prior Dynamics NAV/BC upgrade and data migration experience is an added advantage

Knowledge in DBMS, SSRS, Jetreport, Power platforms, Powershell script, JSON, Devops and Git, Azure, VSCode and SharePoint programming are a plus.

Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with Dynamics NAV is an added advantage

Basic Knowledge in Accounting practices/Inventory/Supply chain management is an added advantage.
