Job Summary

Role: Business Development Executive

A business development executive is a sales professional who helps an organisation to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. They are responsible for searching new clients,building relationships with potential clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets and increase overall revenue of the organization.

Preferred: Candidates who have experience in Drone/ Agri equipment/ Pesticide industry

Responsibility & Deliverable:

1. Identifying profitable business opportunities

2. Conducting extensive market research

3. Creating actionable business strategies

4. Nurturing relationships with clients

5. Analysing market trends

6. Tracking business performance

7. Allocating and managing the company’s resources


Skills Required:

1. Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. Thorough understanding of company’s goals and business model

3. Ability to create actionable marketing strategies

4. Problem-solving skills

5. Ability to network and build lasting relationships


Knowledge Required:

1. Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.

2. CRM and sales tools.

3.Product and industry knowledge.

4.Ability to analyze market trends


Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales field.

Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in business or marketing.

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000/- per month

Shift: Day shift

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Business Development Executive skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Karnataka

Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Kannada

Experience Required :

1 to 6 Year
