About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR operations in Noida. This role involves end-to-end ownership of HR strategies, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with deep knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

💼 Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures aligned with the company s overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring and organizational needs.

🧥 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates via headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, and job portals.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Oversee onboarding activities including documentation, statutory formalities, and employee induction.

📅 HR Operations & Documentation

  • Issue key employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, promotion, and increment letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both HRMS systems and physical files.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS related to employment status, new joiners, exits, promotions, etc.

💰 Payroll & Compliance

  • Handle attendance tracking, payroll processing, salary administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT).
  • Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary procedures as needed.

📈 Performance & Engagement

  • Implement performance appraisal systems that promote high performance and career development.
  • Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives and reward programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and take action on feedback to enhance workplace culture.

📃 Exit Formalities

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in an HR Managerial role
  • Experience managing an HR team is preferred

✅ Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS software
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Experience in recruitment across multiple channels
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
