Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

RFQ Management Float RFQs to suppliers, and depth analysis of RFQs, recommendation to commodity managers / Customers on the RFQ / suppliers.
Negotiation Should have an experience in negotiation with suppliers, should be costing will be an added advantage.
Req to PO Creation Convert Requisitions to PO.
PO Management Receive Inputs from suppliers and enter Promise dates.
Effective Management of actions like Expedite, de-expedite, cancellations with supplier.
Responsible for Supplier Performance and Supplier On Time Delivery.
Effective usage of escalations to control cost increase.
Report Management Should have good experience on different report generations and analysis for these reports.
Spend Analysis Understand how is the spend and come with projects that will save Cost / improve supplier performance.
End to End Buyer Responsibilities- Should be owning the End to End responsibilities for Purchase function and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the process.
Material Movement Inbound Freight Management, Return to vendor (RTV),
Driving Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance Projects.

Shift Time : 3 pm to 12 pm

Qualifications

Graduate + MBA/Engineer

3.5 to 5 years

Exposure in global working, managing projects across continents.
Good understanding of Materials functions
Need to have good hands on exposure of Material/Supplier management in an MNC/ Global services.
Should be exposed to latest technology and tools for Big data analytics and deriving decisions out of it.
Good Collaborative style, managing various stakeholders at different levels.
Good business acumen

Good communication skills and ability to support remotely
