The primary function of Pricing Analyst Operations is to analyze margins and provide pricing in competitive situations through Rebate request approvals. Process POS (Point of Sale) data to process accurate rebates and fix discrepancies. Coordinate annual price adjustment projects and supports in the execution of pricing strategies. Resolves rebate discrepancies and system/process related queries of the customers promptly

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Calculates discounts and rebates using established guidelines for medium and large distributors.

Recommends pricing beyond guidelines, following available channels of exception approval

Maintains rebate approvals, structures, point of sale data for medium and large distributors

Resolves rebate discrepancies, Consults with Sales, Product Management, plant personnel and external customers when needed

Conducts price and discount program audits, both internally and with external customers

Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, Prepares and updates SOP & reports

Conducts functional / process trainings to new joiners

Qualifications

• Any graduate with minimum of 1-3 Years of experience in Pricing operations preferably Quotations / Rebates. BBA/MBA preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS-Suite with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

• Systems skills/experience desired: cC360/OBIEE, ERP (MFG-Pro), Enovia and QlikView. Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage

• Enthusiastic, fast learner willing to work in various technology stacks, willing to collaborate with different business units.

• Excited to learn about business strategies and pricing.
