• Ensure company values and principles are sustained and takes initiative on Process improvement, and is focused on building functional excellence, innovation, talent development and operational excellence
• Ensure annual employee job performance assessments are conducted through the performance management system.
• Annual goal setting process, the annual assessment process and periodic feedback sessions that strive to raise the performance bar in the organization.
• Guide, support, orient and train employees and managers through the entire APEX (Performance Management) cycle.
• Training and Development: Manage the processes to facilitate employee development
• Administer collective braining with Unionized workforce. Prepare and Lead for collective braining negotiations as well ensure it is exercised throughout the span of agreement.
• Lead administration of all welfare facilities provided to employees including Health, Insurance policy etc
• Responsible for end to end statutory compliances of land including labor legislations, social legislations, etc. Liasoning with government officers factory inspector, ESIC, PF, Labour office
• Initiate and conclude disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries & legal court cases as applicable by Law.
• Support manpower planning activities in line with business requirement and provide guidance to stakeholders to plan their manpower requirements effectively
• Responsible for Time office and Payroll processing activities accurately in timely manner
• Administer compensation and other benefits for all employees including bargainable level

Qualifications

• Excellentwork ethic and experience in working in unionized manufacturing set up is must.
• Ability tohandle the grievances, counsel and create the win win situation.
• In depth knowledgeof Labour Laws, legal compliance procedures is essential.
• Ability toanticipate, identify, and resolve the employee issues necessary.
• Minimumexperience of 5-8 years with working knowledge HR processes & practices inpreferably manufacturing industry
• Graduatewith an additional Diploma is Labour Laws is preferred.
• Excellentcommunication and computer operating skills
• Ability tooperate specialized functions of MS Power Point, MS Excel is a must.
