Job Summary

Ebizon is looking for an Sr. Consultant - Business development to join our team in our Noida office. This team members' primary responsibilities are to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services and drive new business as well as renew existing business with SMC-Corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ebizon's products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. Introduction of Business and its offerings.
  • Develop and foster relationships -Identify potential clients, respective decision-makers and further establish initial contact by calling/emailing them.Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends, and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
  • Assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management.
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Ebizon s overall market opportunity.
  • Coach team members in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage customers. Coach team members in the usage of state-of-the-art Digital tools to plan, prospect and engage customers.
  • Coach teams to excel at opportunity and management, to successfully plan and prioritize weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagements.

Requirements:

  • 3-4years' experience in selling technology services in the North American market is preferred.
  • Inside Sales, or related sales experience preferred.
  • 3-4years of direct work experience in Ecommerce/Mcommerce vertical IT Services with USA customers is preferred.
  • BTech + MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ready to communicate with clients in PST/ EST zone.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
