Job Summary

Skills / Experience Required

  • Perform quality audits of voice & non-voice interactions for global clients
  • Identify value-add opportunities in existing processes to improve customer experience
  • Learning from the second-level quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement across daily audits
  • Ensure established processes are implemented across projects

Required Expertise:

  • Proficient inCantonese language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of conducting process audits
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
  • Understanding of web technologies and cable setup

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) with a minimum of 1 year - 7 years of experience
  • Flexibility to work in Night Shifts (rotational shifts, graveyard shifts)
