Our leadership team is a critical part of this journey and we are looking to add to our talent pool someone who will help large global brands make their data analytics ready to derive and deliver actionable insights.

The candidate will be a key influencer of our digital identity and independently manage large and complex Analytics projects with a focus on services such as Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Business Intelligence and so on.

The Ideal Experience Map:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in an IT delivery role.

Preferably, a leadership role in the analytics wing of a reputed organization with minimum span of 20 team members or leadership of a technology team of at least 50 people.

The role demands strong understanding and hands on execution experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Delivery of Pricing Analytics solutions via quantitative / statistical techniques
  • Development of data management platforms
  • Deployment and usage of Business Intelligence in a big data environment

Educational Qualifications: Excellent academic record with a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent overseas] with Bachelors degree in Computer Science / engineering along with an MBA from a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent]

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should be entrepreneurial and multi-skilled individual who has inclination for both delivery and sales
  • Independently handle multiple clients establish self as a valued partner
  • Manage India based service delivery team and US and Europe based onshore consultants, and drive seamless integration of offshore and onshore delivery teams
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Support development of next generation solutions / products in coordination with IT and Center of Excellence team
  • Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations
  • Implement process health check through metric dashboards and put in place watertight process governance

Quality, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement: Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, plan end-to-end fixes and lead execution to meet six sigma quality standards

Knowledge Management and Learning and Development: Help knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams, conduct training for self and team on analytics, technology and business skills. Build domain expertise (service line and industry) for self and team

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Business Intelligence, Visualization, Data Warehousing, Big Data Analytics
  • Python, Java, .Net, R of equivalent technologies
  • Web crawling / Scraping, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing

People Management:

  • Lead a team of 50+ business analysts, consultants, and senior managers rendering services in areas such as business intelligence / reporting, pricing, marketing analytics, technology, etcetera to multiple clients across verticals such as retail, travel and leisure, manufacturing and so on
  • Lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etcetera. Overtime, minimize program dependence on self and other key members
  • You should be adept at managing high performing aggressive individuals with strong skills in solutioning and helping your peers to get out of challenging situations. Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, get people on board the vision, and develop and execute strategies, measure results and subsequently report to global C-Level executives

General skills that will boost your eligibility:

  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one domains out of Retail, Travel or Technology
  • Competency in emerging and disruptive technologies and practices with a demonstrated capability in innovation

Note: Expected working hours would be late morning to late evening and the role requires periodic travel to client locations across US, EMEA and APJ
