Job Summary

We are looking to add to this talent pool a senior manager, who will be a key influencer of our creative team s identity.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital creative production in advertising

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the offshore creative team for multiple Fortune 500 clients and manage teams for client delivery excellence
  • Provides creative leadership for all visual, technical, and design concepts for marketing-related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistency
  • Develop design processes and innovative approaches as a proof of concept
  • Ensure that the design department is aware of trends and improvements in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business and assess which will contribute to the business
  • Identify and use appropriate experience design tools to communicate and showcase creative vision with stakeholders (wire frames, interaction patterns, prototypes etc.)
  • Develop and enforce brand and messaging standards to ensure quality control and consistency
  • Manage and oversee template design and print production process
  • Generate and explore different, creative, imaginative or unique approaches and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Present monthly and quarterly updates to senior stakeholders at clients end
  • Liaise with internal PoCs (such as the internal quality team and central metrics team) and proactively recommend and manage measures to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery excellence

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Intermediate HTML & XML, Intermediate Photoshop Skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Animate, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator etc) and branding and design concepts
  • Proficiency in the implementation of valid CSS and HTML
  • Thorough knowledge of the designer specific production processes and procedures
  • Awareness of web standards and accessibility

People Management and Personality Traits:

  • Responsible to lead the entire copy, art and video editing team and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designs
  • Working with the client production director to produce key performance indicators that provide a holistic and balanced view of the team
  • Excellent creative leadership qualities and communication skills with an ability to interface directly with clients and higher management. Good analytical skills coupled with logical reasoning and rationale thinking

General skills that will boost your eligibility:

  • Knowledge of Google ad operations (Double Click / Google Designer) and Dynamic Creative Optimization is an added advantage
