Digital - Senior Process Manager - Optimization Job in Eclerx

We are looking to add to this talent pool a senior manager who will be a key influencer of our digital identity and help clients maximize the results of their digital activities across their customer journey.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Bachelor s degree / Master s degree with minimum 4-7 years of experience in analytics and reporting

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build optimization plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting
• Generate test cases based on industry best practices that help achieve business/customer goals
• Analyze large data sets to make follow-up test recommendations
• Build detailed wireframes and manage creatives to accomplish testing goals while adhering to the customer s brand guidelines
• Manage analyst and development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, content rendering etc. using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Hands on experience in building hypothesis to drive business optimization
• Significant experience and expertise in handling large datasets
• Ability to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative datasets
• Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Proven experience in developing test solution that meet market needs
