The Ideal Experience Map:

Minimum 7 years of work experience with minimum 2 years in transition management

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and deliver transition projects for BFS (Banking, finance and securities) outsourcing projects
  • Own and execute pre-transition (RFP support, transition planning) and transition phase (Initiation, planning, execution and handover)
  • Prepare the project plan, manage and track project deliverables and milestones, and follow project management and governance model and processes
  • Work closely with project stake holders and delivery team
  • Maintain good relationship with business leaders and project stake holders
  • Coordinate with Client partner, Customer, Management, Operations and support teams
  • Lead scoping discussions for process walkthrough, in-out scope activities, AHT, Volume, SLA/KPI, FTE estimation, QA planning and other critical activities
  • Coordinating with various functions during the course of transition
  • Ensure a smooth handover to operations teams

Functional Skills:

  • Strong transition management knowledge
  • Experience in using Project Management methodologies and processes
  • Good awareness of PMP Methodologies for Project Management
  • Knowledge on Six Sigma and quality processes
  • Good skills on preparing Project Presentations and documentations
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Project and Visio

People Management and Personality Traits:

  • To work under minimal supervision and should be self-driven
  • Capacity to think creatively, yet pragmatically
