Job Summary

We re looking to add to this talent pool aLead Consultant Digital Analytics - Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience, Manager. The role reports to Associate Program Manager and will be a key influencer of our digital identity. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience, Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Workspace, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, People Management, Persuasion & Influence, strategic thinking.

The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on a high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.

Lead Consultant Digital Analytics - Senior Process ManagerResponsibilities

  • A subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform with a clear understanding of Architecture.

  • Exposure of leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or solution consultant

  • Knowledge of XML Schema, Dataset and exposure of working with Offline Data Ingestion and transformation.

  • Familiarity with offline data environments (i.e. CRM systems, email platforms, data lakes)

  • Define audience strategy, an analysis framework and a roadmap to reach identified KPIs

  • Analyze integrated audience data and information to identify insights that support business decision and initiatives.

  • Understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud including Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Target, Ad Cloud and their relationship with customer data

  • Capable of mapping out complex solutions in easy-to-understand formats for business leaders and non-technical marketers to grasp

  • Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JQuery, JSON setup.

  • Knowledge of query language preferably SQL.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

  • Providing Post Implementation support to business users

  • Ability to learn & understand the different tools provided by various application teams to test or investigate any issue at least at a high level

  • Project Management skills So that the person can plan and work with various team to get necessary info before they go live with their campaigns

  • Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities

Minimum Qualification

  • Familiar with other CDP solution and DMP competitors. Especially the strengths and weaknesses of each competitive solution.

  • Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, e-commerce etc.

  • Understanding or knowledge of Data regulations & consent-based marketing like GDPR, CCPA

  • Data Modelling and Statistic Analytics skills

  • Collect, organize and analyse large data sets and use BI methodologies to transform them into meaningful dashboards for the client

Preferred Qualification

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in a contact center environment

  • Hands-on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience, Manager, Customer Journey Analytics
