We are looking to add to this talent pool a technical lead for our robotic process automation practice who will help define, design, configure, test, deploy automations.

The Ideal Experience Map:

A Bachelors or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with working experience of a Robotic Process Automation tool (Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, Workfusion, UIPath). The ideal candidate has a record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding established client, project and performance goals, and working on projects to success within established timelines and budgets

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drives automation opportunity identification and assessment within the Shared Services and outsourced organizations
  • Leads and participates in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define and design automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain processes, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools
  • Experienced in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing
  • Leads and participates in the problem identification / error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
  • Creates, edits, revises and finalizes life cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP)
  • Creates and maintains process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support development, project management and training
  • Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment
  • Performs code review of service provider automations and provides constructive feedback to ensure quality of code
