CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing requirements and design documentation to ensure that they are clearly defined, complete, and testable. The analyst will be responsible for the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify new and existing (regression) software functionality with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the definition and enforcement of quality assurance processes and procedures based on software testing best practices. WHAT S IN IT FOR YOU

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Proactively learn and understand existing platform and proposed new feature requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback during requirements review.
  • Produce well-structured, repeatable feature and regression test scripts in both manual and automated modes that support solution quality within the agile framework. Maintain test scripts over time.
  • Employ best practices to execute and validate product releases against defined feature and regression test scripts. Work to expose anomalies and variations between platform requirements and implementation
  • Create clearly documented defect reports for anomalies and bugs identified during test execution.
  • Develop SQL queries for back-end database testing.
  • Employ best practices to continuously improve quality assurance within an agile framework over time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working in technology solutions
  • 2+ years experience in software quality assurance testing
  • Experience in writing, executing, and maintaining software test scripts
  • Experience working with quality assurance in an agile development environment
  • Experience performing feature testing on multiple applications and platforms
  • Experience in writing, executing, and testing SQL queries
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Ability to work with cross functional business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
