Job Summary Summary
  • The position will be responsible for EDC overall service delivery management for the Global Infra operations including infrastructure and applications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 15+ Years of IT experience with demonstrated experience in business impacting technology projects across Infrastructure and application service delivery
  • Must have strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferably), SAP and other enterprise applications
  • Must have experience in ticket/problem mgmt, enhancement and change delivery on both infra and application
  • Must have strong experience in ITIL or similar service delivery methodology.
  • Must have owned end-to end service delivery for infrastructure and application (service design, planning, incident/ticket/problem mgmt, change & release mgmt, KPI and other SLA mgmt etc)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Required Responsibilities
  • Should be accountable for achieving the service delivery objectives SLA, quality, schedule, scope and any other specified
  • Should be proficient in ITIL and Agile development methods and own the service delivery process
  • Should be able to service delivery and project plans including scope, resource requirements, schedule & milestones, stakeholder, tools & technologies, communication plans and others
  • Should be able to perform activities such as progress/milestone tracking, adjustments to overcome deviations to plan, identify & manage risks and others
  • Should be able to measure and report agreed project performance metrics/KPI such as resource utilization, schedule & cost variance, quality and others
  • Should be able to proactively manage stakeholders, communicate, negotiate, resolve conflicts and dependencies
  • Should establish strong relationship and credibility with business and internal teams to brainstorm solutions, help identify and evaluate pros and cons, and then to guide decision-making
