Job Summary
As a QA Analyst, you will join an engineering team responsible for the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com and associated integrations Salesforce is critical to the success of our Sales, Service & Marketing teams and you ll play a key role in managing the quality of one of our most valuable technology assets Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years being QA Lead Specialist or Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in testing the Salesforce.com platform.
- Proven ability to write good detailed test scripts and execute test scripts on a day-to-day basis.
- Excellent teaming skills to coordinate with other product development teams, product management, and customer support for scheduling software test efforts, planning test development projects, and release coordination of products.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports
- Proven ability to track problems and communicate defects to developers as they occur.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years being QA Specialist
- Automation testing experience using tools like Selenium.
