Job Title- Business Analyst

Reports To- Team Lead - BA or Senior Business Analyst or Manager BA

Job Overview- Looking for a Software Technology Savvy candidate with experience of at least 3 year as Business Analyst in ICT

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Development Team and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs
• Take conference calls with prospects / customers to gather business requirements
• Write SOW, SRS, BRD, FRD as per the needs
• Prepare workflow, flowchart, Use case or any other necessary diagrams for better explanations of the requirements
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure and Estimates for a requirement
• Get involved in not only pre sales but also post sales activities of the same project
• As part of post-sales activities:
• Work closely with UI/UX team, Project Manager and Tech Leads
• Prepare User Stories as per the Sprint Plans
• On completion of Sprint or Release, provide demo to the customer
• Actively participate in Daily Standup meetings and Client Meetings

Eligibility Criteria

VOIP experience is mandatory

• Relevant work experience of at least 3 Year
• Excellent in-person or virtual presentation skills
• Fluent at Verbal/Written English Communication
• Good at Business Requirement Understanding
• Should have completed Graduation
• Good to have education qualification:
• BE Computer Engineering
• BE IT
• BCA
• MCA
• MBA
• Flexible with working hours
