Responsibilities
- Own all ERPs of the organization.
- Work to automate excel reports into real-time dashboards ensure the evolution of info. management process in the organization.
- Support SAP issues and any new developments by using freelancer/building an internal team/ outsourcing work to an agency.
- Take care of overall Vendor management of diff ERPs from commercial, deliverables, project management.
- Support change mgmt & training in the org to get all employees comfortable with new systems.
- Conduct requirement gathering, implementation, user acceptance testing, and ensure onboarding of right stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Ensure high uptime of systems cloud, ERPs, infra, etc.
- Work to optimize costs involved in diff ERPs and reduce redundancy in the processes.
- Work to build one integrated ERP system between different info systems/ ERPs etc.
