BOM Design Engineer Job in Edlocus Solutions Private Limited

Conduct Quality check of received Engg. Change Orders and independently process ECOs

· Generate Part numbers, Assembly numbers and ECO numbers requested by designers on day-to-day basis

· Analyze codes in code list, conduct feasibility checks, generate variant BoM

· Download BoM for selected vehicle variants and publish standard and customized reports

· Trouble shooting, issue handling and escalation as appropriate

· Creation & Maintenance of Part Number, Part List Variants, Bill of Materials, Code list Data and necessary code rules.

· Engineering change management via ECO release & Variant releases

· Configurable BoM for variant creation

· Engineering Data quality check

· Able to design the 3D models, assembly in NX CAD Package.

· Able to individually release the design in a PLM softwares like Team center

· Able to understand design parameters, 2D Drafting, apply tolerances.

· Work as a Functional Manager for Application customization in team center

· Work with Software engineers, guide them with technical inputs from Automotive Product Design.
