Create pedagogically rich and innovative content for the product
Critically review the content of the product
Building simple but discerning questions to check whether the child has really understood
Commenting and finalizing questions made by peers to enhance the quality of questions
Co-ordinating with translators, graphic designers for translation of content from English to Marathi
Validating translated questions and content to enhance the quality of the same
Understanding the state curriculum, review textbooks to understand how different concepts are taught
Analysing and sharing insights on students learning analysing data and how to use them to improve the offerings
Researching on how students best learn Maths (pedagogy of Maths) -
Conducting research experiments to test hypothesis
Through reading of academic journals
Analysing data on questions and learning modules
By interacting with external and internal subject experts and researchers
By interacting with students and understanding how they think
Great aptitude, logical and analytical thinking with the ability to travel extensively and the ability to work in a planned manner towards the goal achievement
Strong hold on Marathi language with
o Ability to create and source engaging content for students
o Ability to critically analyse questions, assessments and various types of learning modules
Ability to do simple, basic communications in English and Hindi
Basic technological awareness (Windows functions, MS Office, Google mail features)
Qualification : Studied subjects which had a background in mathematics (at the Bachelor level or above) preferably in Marathi medium
