Teacher Trainer Job in Educational Initiatives

1. Managing teacher training across 35 Mindspark program schools of district Nandurbar.
2. To provide required support through training and hand-holding of teachers and principals at school level.
3. Hold district level workshops twice a year to train teachers, principals and TDD officials on Mindspark.
4. Leading and training the Shikshan Mitras (ground team of Nandurbar) and getting regular updates on progress
from the assigned schools.
5. Leading and managing field team of EI and ensuring appropriate usage doze to the target students as per program
need.
6. Ensuring school Principals and Teacher's buy-in and ownership towards the program, integrating Mindspark
program to the school ecosystem,
7. Creating and sharing project updates/reports to the project manager on a regular basis/as per need:
a) By preparing daily reports on day-to-day activities/visits/observations/trainings and student usage.
b) By preparing weekly reports on progress in student performance
c) Operational issues such as defunct hardware, IT issues, difficulties faced by children and teachers
d) Weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/annual progress report to schools/government/other stakeholders.
8. Analysis of questionnaire data and report writing for training conducted.
9. Creating/documenting all field practices and develop a process discovery document on- how to do Mindspark in
government Ashramshalas ecosystem, bringing teacher buy-in and ownership, creating schools ownership
towards Mindspark, students engagement and ownership etc.
10. Content review and improvement of Mindspark products-Mindspark Marathi and Mindspark Maths (in Marathi)
content to make it more useful for the targeted students.
11. Stakeholder management including maintaining good relationship with school principal and teachers, all
concerned government officials, EI partner organizations, funders and visitors.
12. Creating and giving presentations as per need and representing EI at different platforms as and when required.
13. Setting up new Mindspark labs and other administrative works assigned from time to time
