Job Summary
  • Maintaining and monitoring project rolled out from the Founder's desk
  • Evaluating and assisting the administrative and HR team in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow. Conducting research as when needed
  • Documenting and following up on important actions decided during the meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and research where needed
  • Undertaking vendor interactions
  • Providing event management support as requested.
  • Managing budget for events
  • Ensuring Individual projects and management projects deadlines are met.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
  • Experience Required :

    Minimum 2 Years
