Job Summary
  • Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, detailed features, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, indicating tests and maintenance.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical parameters discussion with clients, management, stakeholders and software developers.
  • Ensure resource availability and their allocation during project life cycle.
  • Assembling and leading the project team. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
  • Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
  • Ensuring the project is fulfilling the customer requirements.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Measure project performance and determine consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders: Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Managing leaves of in-line staff as a part of BCP (business continuity plan)
  • Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
