Devops Engineer Job in Edunetwork Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a backend engineer with experience in building and scaling services in a cloud environment. You'll be working closely with tech leads and engineering managers to build and ship microservices.

Technology Stack

NodeJS, Loopback, NestJS, Fastify, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Python, Shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Istio, Helm, New Relic, AWS, Git, CircleCI, ELK, Serverless

Responsibilities :

- Improve CI/CD tooling.

- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.

- Write high quality, extensible and fault tolerant microservices.

- Continuously evaluate relevant technologies, influence and drive architecture and design discussions.

- Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing AWS cloud based production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of productions systems

Skills :

- Proficient with JavaScript or Typescript and one of the NodeJS frameworks like Express, LoopBack, NestJS, Fastify.

- Familiar with either of the IaaS/PaaS services i.e. AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins or CircleCI

- Familiarity with databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.

- Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

- Familiarity with container orchestration

Good to have Skills :

- Familiarity with APM tools like Data Dog or New Relic

- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

- Strong Linux system administration background.

Qualification :

- 2+ years of software development or automation experience in a Linux based environment

- Bachelors or Masters in CSE or related engineering fields
