Overview:
The Telesales role is vital to our organization as it is responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound calls. This position plays a key role in driving revenue by contacting potential customers to promote our products or services, qualify leads, and secure sales appointments.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Pitch products or services to meet sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning.
- Set up sales appointments for field sales representatives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Record details of interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Provide information on products or services to potential customers.
- Handle customer objections and demonstrate persistence to secure sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Adhere to sales scripts and guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Experience using CRM software and sales databases.
