Job Summary

Reporting To:

  • Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Documentation, coordination and liaison with statutory bodies like AICTE, GTU, FRC or any other statutory / regulatory bodies.
  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting events including meetings, conferences, interview, orientation and training sessions.
  • Responsible for liaison with govt. bodies and building relationship
  • Monitoring of overall security and housekeeping facilities at campus
  • Responsible for overall announcement of circulars/notice related to the students / statutory body
  • Responsible for overall liaison of internal and external examination
  • Supervision of IT infrastructure at the Institute
  • Conduct classes as and when required
  • Liaison with the promoting body and agency for smooth functioning
  • Provide necessary institutional development support as and when required

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of all the statutory compliances like GTU, AICTE, UGC
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Familiarity with education industry as a sector

Required Qualification:

Master s degree in management from recognized University or an equivalent professional degree with atleast first class.

Candidate should have minimum 7-10 years overall exp. of which atleast 5 years should be in working with Institute
