Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Takes care of Commercial aspects (Product & Services) of Railway Division /Zone concerned.
  • Monitoring the process of commercial transactions between customer and Efftronics for Products or Services
  • Accountable of material and work by making entries in Measurement Book, operation of bills, getting payment
  • Preparation of material utilisation statement with the help of Service Engineer who carried out the work with the guidance from Project Manager where required
  • Entries in the Measurement Book by the customer for material and labour portion of the work
  • Submission of Measurement Book in the Divisional Office and obtaining the counter-signatures of all the Officers and Supervisors concerned
  • Preparation of bill by the Railways and submission to Accounts and Releasing of Cheque by Department
  • For AMC payments ensures the above process after submission of completion letters from all supervisors by Service Engineer

Eligibility

  • B.Com/ BSC/ B.Tech/ MBA
  • Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company
  • Freshers are preferred

Qualification :
B.Com/BSC/B.Tech/MBA
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
