Skills and Qualifications

• Must exhibit excellence with PeopleSoft Query, Application Designer, BI Publisher, Crystal.
• Must have experience working in both a UNIX and Windows environment
• Must have experience working with Oracle databases 10 or 11G
• Must have experience with PeopleTools 8.49 or higher.
• Must have experience working with Peoplesoft HRMS (Payroll, Time and Labor, Base Benefits, HR).
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Thorough knowledge of systems to support utility operations
• Demonstrated ability to leverage business applications for competitive advantage
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with all levels in the organization
• Significant experience of software development tools, scripting tools, and multiple programming languages that effectively support the business applications/environments for the business areas they support.
• Significant experience in providing information for project charters, technical approaches / proof of concept documents, functional / technical designs.
• Possesses good communication skills and aptitude to work with business process owners and technical users.
