Position Summary

Join us to lead, design and build the next generation digital engagement platform for Eight Specialist Services Private Limited. The primary functions of this role are to design and develop video, photo, and graphic assets to drive donor engagement, acquisition, and retention. The Videographer/Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, writing, producing, shooting and editing best-in-class corporate video productions to support Eight Specialist Services Private Limited s digital engagement platforms.

The ideal candidate will create and develop visual storytelling across multiple platforms, using both photography and videography to inform and engage our target audiences. Must have a deep understanding of and curiosity about competition for our audience mindshare and gifts.

This position regularly contributes ideas for stories, photos and other multimedia that are fresh, compelling and timely and that will meet audience interests and needs. Also, takes initiative in creating videos, photo galleries and other multimedia content, and ensures appropriate photos are updated regularly online. The videographer will work closely with the Digital Sales Services team, ESS Marketing department, Brand and partner Creative Agencies to execute the concept through to completion.

It will be an added advantage if you have a good knowledge of SEO, Digital marketing concepts and web designing.
