About the Team

You will join the core team behind our flagship Talent Acquisition (TA) product, a critical revenue-generating platform used by global enterprises. This team:

• Drives end-to-end feature development and platform scalability.
• Integrates the latest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Accelerates hiring outcomes for customers worldwide.
• Builds new products and enhances existing ones for long-term value.

What You ll Do

As a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal technical leadership role, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring robust product delivery.

• Lead architecture & design of complex, scalable systems that power our core products.
• Hands-on development of mission-critical features and services.
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to align technical execution with business goals.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like LLMs, cloud-native tooling, and modern dev practices.
• Participate in strategic planning and recruit top engineering talent through hiring initiatives and technical evaluations.
• Represent the team in internal and external tech talks, meetups, and conferences.

What We re Looking For

• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record in product companies.
• Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native platforms.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, high-performance code and a commitment to engineering excellence.
• Experience building large-scale web applications in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Excellent communicator and natural leader with the ability to inspire engineers and drive impact.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
