Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA in Human resources.
• Exp level: 5-8 yrs
• Vendor Management experience (experience in any of the other IT services/Engineering services/IT product organizations will be preferred)
• Experience in Volume Hiring.
• Strong Vendor Management functional capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage requisitions
• Ability to work independently and manage requisitions
• Experience working on Workday will be advantage.
• Advanced computer skills, proficient in MS office applications with a high level of expertise in Excel
• Excellent communication skills.
