Process Engineering_CMC activities:

• Process safety, hazard evaluation, powder studies, hazop etc.
• All process engineering activities towards scale-up and manufacturing.
• Physiochemical Property establishment.
• Process simulation using various tools and establish robust unit operations.
• Use of down scalability approach towards safe and robust scale-up.
• Preparation of fundamental engineering documents, such as Equipment selection, P&ID, process flow diagrams, and material balance etc
• Scale-up and Manufacturing using need base facilities.
• Preparation and evaluation of scientific/technical reports.
• Knowledge of technology transfer, cGMP, CPPs, CQAs, MAs, and current regulatory aspects.
