Job Summary
  • Preparation of SOP s related to Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Effective implementation of all the Quality systems and procedures
  • Updation of nominees in the Nominees field of the Template record.
  • Monitoring of the training record closure status.
  • Monitoring of the training nominees Vs attendees in the record.
  • To verify the training records for the completeness and accuracy.
  • To update and maintain the training matrix.
  • To coordinate for the completion of trainings identified based on the training matrix.
  • To track and maintain training status on the GMP, Personal hygiene, Good documentation practices, Deviation handling, Employee training and Data Integrity policy.
  • To assist for the training of New employees.
  • To perform the training related activities in the Trackwise i.e., Evaluation, Template creation etc.
  • Site Training Coordinator
  • To carry out need based risk assessment and to ensure mitigation plans are in place.
  • Preparation, review and execution of validation protocols, URS, IQ OQ and PQ protocols and validation reports for all the critical systems, equipments.
  • Ensuring all deficiencies/deviations occurred during validation is addressed as per the written procedures, and corrective actions taken as committed.
  • Execution of revalidation as per the change management.
  • Ensuring the changes occurred during validation is addressed as per the change control procedure.
  • Co-ordination with cross functional departments for validations activities and ensure the smooth flow of validation activities
  • Experience : 6 - 9 years

    Qualification : B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy
