Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and publish HR policies and procedures, and administration related documents.
  • Review the compliance requirements published by the regulator and analyse the impact of such regulations on existing HR Policies and procedures; Present the findings with recommended action plan to the Senior management.
  • Apply best practices from HR industry and work on implementing process improvements on the HR service delivery.
  • Research market rates for business/employee insurance and other benefits/systems and provide inputs for finalizing the best products for the company as well as the employees.
  • Work with various stakeholders and teams to maintain HR information system, and timesheet systems.
  • Manage Performance Appraisal process on an ongoing basis and ensure timely closure of activities related to the process.
  • Work closely with the Finance team in handling the payroll related activities of U.S. clients as well as eJyothi Services.
  • Monitor employee timesheets and follow up/coordinate with employees, supervisors, project managers, clients as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist to resolve day-to-day employee/ admin issues / conflict.
  • Assess organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagementactivities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires and handle all required documentation and formalitiesincluding preparing offer letters, review documents, format and submit resumes to clients.
  • Issuevarious HRletters (Service Agreement/ Experience Letter / Increment Letter / Confirmation Letter) as per the requirements.
  • Support recruitment activities including workingwith Hiring Managers to prepare attractive job description, sourcing and qualifying resumes and candidates, organize activities and other recruitment activities.
  • Perform quality control checks, including proofreading and requirements compliance, and assist in the final packaging and delivery for various HR documents like client onboarding forms, regulatory reports, resumes, newsletter and so on.
  • Review work products produced, mentor junior resources, track deadlines, and report to supervisor in case of any items requiring attention.
  • Handle recordsmanagement of HRrecords.
  • Create and maintain various process and procedure templates and checklists.
Required Skills
  • Strong English communication -Oral & Writing
  • Aptitude for reading and understanding legal/regulatory documents Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning skills
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and articulate client requirements in a systematic and logical manner, and to devise appropriate service delivery strategies
  • Good team player withresults oriented approach and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Qualification :
Graduate or post-graduate in any stream with excellent academic scores. Prefer post-graduate degree in HR
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
