Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities of L&D

  • L&D team handles client and employee trainings for our product and this role is a training executive role.
  • Key responsibilities involve training content creation All our content is delivered online, so content creation involves scripting (in tandem with the product team) and converting this to online video/ text content.
  • Besides Training content creation, the person will be involved in key L&D initiatives like new hire induction, internal trainings, etc.
  • In course of this process the role holder will learn a significant amount about Commodities, HR, Training and technology. While the natural progression for this role is inside HR, it also equips them to look at consulting and marketing roles in the company if interested, in the long run.
  • The ideal candidate needs to have strong English language skills and strong logic.
  • They ideally have a point of view in life and is articulate about it. They are also digitally savvy and well read.
  • Any amount of digital design, artistic skills, familiarity with adobe tools, content writing assignments done are an added plus.
  • We would like the selected candidates to start immediately post the offer roll out

TA Consultant as HR Business Partners, who:

  • Will team up with the BU Heads and Leaders in requirements assessment and Job Boiler plates.
  • has handled Technical / Product Development hiring
  • Worked on ATS
  • Works directly with the Global HR Head and provides necessary management metrics and reports
  • Speaks diligently with the recruitment partner (Vendors), follows-up with the internal hires and builds strong
  • relationships with the existing employee base.
  • Global level hiring, and cross-cultural management.

Presales :

  • Providing detailed ETRM software demonstrations spanning multiple commodity markets
    Drive the Interaction with prospects to understand business processes
  • RFI/RFQ/RFP response preparation and submission
  • Preparation and setting up of general software demos
  • Preparation and Setting up of specific software demo environments to match the prospect s business processes
  • Online and onsite demonstration of software functionality to prospects/clients
  • Participating/conducting pre-sales workshops
  • Creating product and solution presentations and collateral
  • Keeping abreast of industry, competition and technology trends and developments

Adhere to prevailing Eka s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties

Skill Sets

Extremely sharp thinking: ability to quickly grasp customer requirements, conceptualize solutions and present ideas on the spot. This is a key requirement

Ability to communicate one-to-one with top level business and IT managers of large global corporate houses

Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to deliver presentations to large audiences, demonstrating knowledge of domain and technology

Ability to work in a team environment
